Your email will be acknowledged within five working days and we shall at the point of acknowledgement provide you a reasonable estimate of the timescale involved in handling and resolving any such complaint. We will also keep the Customer informed as to the progress of the complaint.

The Biz-accountants online quoting system is hosted on a secure server and the data entered is transmitted from your PC to the server over a 128 bit strong encrypted secure socket layer, which ensures that the data is protected from prying eyes.

This can be confirmed by the existence of a small padlock within your browser. Your current browser may only be capable of 48bit encryption, in which case we would recommend you update to the latest version before conducting any online transactions with biz-accountants.co.uk or any other web site.

Both hardware firewalls and proxy servers, together with strong physical security of our office buildings, protect our internal systems from unauthorised access.
