Biz-Accountants has teamed up with The K2 Partnership Ltd, a
Chartered Certified Accountancy Practice, who offer the full
spectrum of accountancy and taxation services to both
individuals and companies, ranging from basic bookkeeping
support and payroll services to complex corporate and
personal tax planning issues.
One of the immediate concerns many clients have is regarding
geographic location. We are based squarely between the
cities of London and Brighton in the South East of England,
but we are able to service clients anywhere in the country.
This is because we operate on the following principles:
- Very few occasions arise where the client actually
needs to be physically present to offer a comprehensive
service. Using modern communications such as
email, fax, phone and couriers, all information which
needs to be exchanged can be without the need for
expensive meetings
- Physical meetings add significant costs to any given
job and thus increase the fee paid by the client.
For example 2 morning meetings, one at the year end and
one mid year for tax planning with a senior member of
staff is likely to add £600 or more per annum to the
accountancy bill.
- Small to Medium sized businesses have
relatively simple affairs and an average fee for our
practice ranges between £250 - £1250 per annum. The
addition of regular meetings is likely to increase these
amounts significantly and are in fact rarely necessary.
Of course if you do need to sit down with a partner and
discuss matters then we will be more than happy to arrange
for a mutually convenient meeting.
